Standard 5-day (from acceptance of order) delivery is provided free of charge for standard products, subject to factory availability of products and the following conditions:

Clear access for kerbside delivery is required and means clear access via road to the site. Delivery does not include positioning inside the premises. As this is a kerbside delivery there cannot be double yellow lines, any vehicle size restrictions or any road works at the delivery point.
Kerbside delivery is ground floor delivery and means no lifts, stairs, steps or raises required for delivery.
Postponement or cancellation of a delivery will result in a re-stocking charge. Rearranged delivery will be priced on application.
We will contact you after accepting the order to arrange a delivery date.
Non-standard delivery
Any delivery outside the terms of the standard 5-day delivery described above is a non-standard delivery for which there may be an additional charge.
